If you plan on placing an order that you hope to receive before Christmas, please place it as soon as possible in case of shipping delays. While I do everything I can to get your orders shipped as quickly as possible, sometimes the increase in holiday season parcels does mean that shipping transit times can increase. If you are concerned, please remember we have an express shipping option available.

If you are sending a gift and would like us to include a special message, please pop it in the notes section of your order.

My name is Naomi and I am the Sculptor/Creator of Enchanted items – Hand sculpted Fairy Garden accessories from mushrooms to Fairy doors and Mythical/Fantasy sculptures, frames and jewellery. Based in Western Australia, I am a mum of 2. Who has always loved making things that are a little different… I love things Mythical and the Fairy world. Just after my daughter’s 4th Birthday Fairy party, I created all sorts of fairy bits for…My family and friends loved my creations so much, that they encouraged me to continue my sculpting journey and ‘Enchanted Items by Naomi’ was born. Enchanted Items is always evolving and only limited by our imaginations…I am looking forward to the future and what magic it will bring.

Enchanted Items are all hand sculpted with love and care, please keep in mind there may be small differences in each item which makes them unique and sets them apart from mass-produced items.

There are mostly one-of-a-kind items listed... However, Enchanted Items welcome custom orders... If you would like a special custom piece designed and created, please contact me via www.facebook.com/enchanteditemsbynaomi or email enchanteditemsbynaomi@gmail.com

Payment: Please make payments promptly to ensure we can get them posted to you quickly.

Postage: We will ship your Enchanted Items via Australia Post once payment has been received. If you require your order to be posted to a different address, please include a note when completing your payment. Further to postage, we do not accept responsibility for any items once they have left, as we cannot control what happens once posted.

Refunds/Exchanges: All sales are final, however, if you do have any issues please don't hesitate to contact us. If in the event your item is faulty a refund will be issued once the item/s have been returned to Enchanted items via Australia Post tracked mail. Sorry, we do not refund for change of mind.
