Just a few essentials to make sure we are both well looked after...

>>>>> PAYMENTS

I accept payment by paypal, or credit card as a guest on paypal and direct deposit (for Australian residents with an Australian bank account only)

If paying by direct deposit, please ensure this is completed within 7 days.

** International Buyers: your payment does not include CUSTOMS, VAT, or other Levies and Charges by your government, and such costs are not met by Starzyia.

>>>> SHIPPING
Every effort is made to ship your parcel within 12-48 hours of receiving payment, however I am unable to ship on Tuesdays, this also effects Express Shipping. Express Shipping will still help you recover from the delay between my Monday shipping run and my Wednesday shipping run.

SHIPPING TIMES:

Express Shipping delivery times span from next day delivery to 4 days delivery interstate/regional from the date I mark the item shipped.

allow up to 7-9 days for standard Australian parcels, they are often quite a bit quicker, but I advise always allowing for delays. Australian parcels are only considered lost and refunded or replaced if they do not arrive within 3 weeks of being shipped.

allow up to 9-21 business days for International (orders being delivered outside of Australia), always consider delays possible.
International parcels are only considered lost and refunded or replaced if they do not arrive within 6 weeks of being shipped.

>>>> REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

I will be supportive and sympathetic to any difficulties that arise within reason, as I always wish for the happiness of my customers.

I will accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your parcel, for damaged or faulty goods, or change of mind, for all Starzyia customers around the world.

>>> Please note that you may not use goods that you have received before deciding to withdraw from the purchase. The right to withdraw exists to allow you to examine the product in the same way as you would in a shop, not to give you 14 days free use.

The option to return goods excludes personalised custom orders that due to their individual nature can not be easily sold to other customers.

If you decide you need to return a purchased item, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your parcel to confirm arrangements for return of the purchased item or items involved.

Please ensure you wrap and send them so that they are protected and returned to me in original condition, I recommend you pay for tracking so that you can prove the items arrived back to my care.

Once I receive the returned items in agreed upon condition, I will immediately begin the refund of your original purchase, refund will be made via the same payment channel you used for your order (paypal or etsy direct checkout).

I am also happy to replace, repair or alter items where possible if this will bring you happiness.

If you receive a damaged good, please photograph the item and contact me within 7 days to begin arrangements to settle the matter (this may result in a refund, repair, replacement or exchange for equal value whichever is most efficient and makes you happy)

>>>> CUSTOM ORDERS
When I receive a request through the custom order through etsy, I check my materials at hand to see which may suit your need.

If I have to shop for any particular items it is possible for me to show you images before I purchase. Once you approve the images you are then financially responsible for the cost of the materials, and a custom reserved listing is created for you.

After I receive this payment I work on the total design of your custom listing and show you more images, when we are both satisfied with the finished design I put the final listing in my shop reserved for you to purchase. The price will be as we agreed minus any payment you already made for materials.

For items that include personal or family photographs, names, and other unique elements, I show you design options before creating the finished piece, once you choose your preferred design and instruct me to begin final creation of the piece, I can only refund for damaged or faulty goods. This is because the pieces can not be easily sold to anyone but you. I will let you know at the time if this policy applies to your order.

I would appreciate final payment within 7 days, and can then wrap your creation nicely with its own special meaning and purpose printed for you or the gift recipient., and it will arrive promptly to your door.
