Anyone who directly relates to the handmade & independent market. This could be a maker, boutique, related website or a supplier. If you directly compete with madeit or craftumi you won't be able to advert with us.

Our newsletters are sent to over 35,000 handmade & craft lovers on Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
Only 2 advertising spots per newsletter.
You can expect to receive anywhere from 150 to 400 clicks to your website or madeit store {Our madeit sellers seem to get the highest number of clicks}

Who can advertise in our newsletter?
Madeit sellers, markets & other resources that may interest our subscribers.

Who can't advertise in our newsletter?
Those businesses who directly compete with our madeit sellers or craftumi sellers. If you do buy a newsletter spot and you are found to compete with madeit & craftumi sellers your payment will be refunded.

How will my advert appear?
Your advertising will appear at the bottom of our shopping guide emails, You will have a space for an image and advert copy (see below for specs).

What advert copy do I need to supply?
Please supply a short title, body copy (40 words) & short contact line.

What are the design specs for the image?
Cubes are to be saved to the below specifications.
250 pixels wide x 250 pixels high @ 72 dpi
File to be saved a jpg or gif (RGB)
Animated gifs up to 3 rotations.

What are the cube advertising terms & conditions?
Payment is paid via paypal and payment required before the email is sent.

Newsletter advertising cost AU $55.00 (inc. GST)

Website advertising (madeit sellers only)

$20 for 7 days of advertising, just $2.86 per day!
You'll pay between 34 cents to 10 cents (or lower) per click to your madeit store
Only one spot per week can be bought per madeit store per week.

The advertising period is for 7 days, starting every Thursday (adverts will be uploaded by 10am Thursday)
All spots need to be purchased by the Wednesday for the next advertising week.

We only allow 20 advertising spots per week and 10 spots show at one time. Each time the page is clicked the adverts rotate.

How many impressions clicks should I expect?
You advert will receive more than 25,000 Impressions and up to 200 clicks to your store during the 7 days.

Where & how will my advert appear?
Your advert will appear on the following pages
Designer Spotlight, Newsletter, Contact, About Us, Advertise, Search and various other pages.

You can choose one image from your madeit store to be included in your advert.
All adverts are the same format.

Who can buy these advertising spots?
Only madeit sellers can buy spaces and the advert will link to your madeit store.

What if I buy them and I'm not a madeit seller?
Your purchase will be refunded

What can't I do?
Advertising your website in your shop banner or description to drive traffic to another site. If you are found to add a website address then your advertisement will be canceled without a refund.

What do I need to provide for the advert?
Please provide the listing number of the item you would like to appear in your advert in the special intructions on checkout and madeit will do the rest!
