This is the cover only as everybody likes to use different absorbent inserts for their baby. This cover can be used with any type of absorbent booster or you can purchase a bamboo fleece booster & liner for $5 which will snap into the cover & are shown in the third picture (PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A COVER ONLY BUT YOU ARE WELCOME TO PURCHASE AN ABSORBENT BOOSTER AS WELL) booster are a trifold rectangle providing six layers of absorbency with a double layer liner topped with microfleece to keep babies bottom dry… all up that’s eight layers of absorbency in the wet zone.
