Inspired by my love of trees and my distress at the rate of landclearing worldwide, I created this design to get the message out that trees are like our lungs and we need them to breathe!!  Quite an obvious concept to some...  Also when you actually look at a photo of our lungs, it looks like trees!!!!!  I think this design is particularly relevant for children to wear as it is their future we are responsible for. 

I created the design from a drawing I made, then I exposed it onto a photosynthetic emulsion coated silk screen whichh created the stencil.  I then screenprinted the tree lung image onto a 100% cotton, Australian made, sweatshop free Tshirt.
