This Sweet little dress is a wonderful addition to any little girls wardrobe. It slides right over the head, making it easy to put on. It is made from 100% cotton fabric. The bottom has beautiful little birds, bows and roses with a polka dot top. The ruffles on the shoulder add that little bit of old world charm. There is also a detachable brooch on the front made with felt, ribbon and lace. You can keep it on or use it wherever you like.
