A great dress with the following features:

• Gatherd skirt made of African Blue Fabric with a plain blue top
• Dress is sized for 2 to 3 years but can be worn for years  - once outgrown as a dress can also be used as a top or even a skirt (tuck ties in or cut them off).
• Suitable for Summer or Winter worn over leggings and a top.
• Elastic ties for comfort which can be retied to add or shorten length

Designed (yes, it is only a simple design but I'm just starting to patternmake) and made by myself.

100% Cotton
