It is fully reversible, and features three lovely bright fabrics on one side - owls, stripes and polka dots, while the reverse is a plain navy polka dot.

The crown and brim are interfaced for extra strength, and the brim is nice and wide to keep the sun off.

This hat measures approximately 20" around, and would be suitable for a 2 1/2 - 4 year old, though please measure the circumference of your boys head to make sure. My boy is 3 and it is a very comfortable fit on him with a bit of room to grow.
