ABOUT Hand made cuff all hand sewn and dyed.The first layer is created from vintage silk fabrics rust and copper- dyed by wrapping around rusted found objects resulting in slashes of bright aqua patina's and rust smudges. Mounted to this cuff you will find a miniature clear glass vial containing real botanical specimen sealed with a cork stopper. A grey rock found in a river bed in the hills in Victoria when panning for gold many years ago. The rock is wrapped with copper jewelers wire and shreds of vintage metal- grey taffeta, amongst gold lace and vintage crochet. To finish of this splendid curio piece I added a gorgeous antique Marcasite 'Fools Gold' button and a vintage metal button. All backed with a piece of cream suede leather and an elastic loop for the buttons to fasten on your wrist for elegance and style... Elegantly packaged in my handmade painted boxes
