I have shaped, hammered and textured the 14kt gold filled wire in a teardrop shape and suspended from the setting, a lustrous freshwater coin pearl which is creamy white in colour.

It is dainty and feminine and so light to wear. It measures 38mm (1 and 1/2 inches) from the top of the bail to the bottom of the gold frame. I finished the necklace with a very fine gold filled chain with a gold filled parrot clasp. The length of the chain is approx 45cm (18 inches). Also available is a shorter chain of 40cm (16 inches). Please let me know if you would prefer the shorter chain.
