Pure wool has been knitted by hand into this close fitting hat, which frames a pretty little face beautifully. The accent flower is a small piece of Noro silk garden which shines nicely against the black. The last picture is of my daughter wearing a much too big version of this hat, just to show how it should be worn.

It has a circumference of approximately 44cm.

The wool band did say that you could machine wash on a wool cycle, but with all hand knitted items I recommend a warm hand wash and drying flat in the shade.
