I made this pendant by cutting a sugar skulls image to size and setting in into a round, Tibetan silver bezel. I mixed clear epoxy resin and poured it into the bezel to create a smooth, glass-like finish. 

I hung the pendant on a silver plated chain which fastens securely with a lobster clasp.

Measurements:
Necklace length - 18 inches
Pendant size - approx. 30mm across
