'Twirling Tide' By Ellie St George

Twirling Tide is a small original ACEO painting and measures 2.5 x 3.5 inches, close to the size of a playing card. It is painted onto thick 350gsm acrylic paper with artist quality acrylic paint, then varnished over with a UV protective gloss to protect it from the worlds nasties and give it a fresh glossy look.

I photographed these colourful twirling kites while at a kite festival at Kirra Beach on Australia's Gold Coast. The bold colours stand out amongst the natural shades of the beach. It is perfect for an affordable small gift or a nice piece to add to your collection.
