This ring was made from a silver teaspoon handle.  These two lovelies were scoured from a dusty old antique shop by a the fabulous Fran.  Featuring a delightful art deco design and hallmarked with the name 'Marie'.    Thankyou Fran, we now have two Miss Maries  to share with the world.

 fact   Did you know that spoon rings were originally made in 17^th century England?  Servants, unable to afford rings made of precious metals to wed their lovely, would often pilfer the silver from the manor houses in which they worked to make wedding rings with.
