A lovely pincushion made from NEW designer print and plain hand dyed linen remnants.
It has a remnant Orla Kiely design print linen front with hand and machine embroidery details in neon orange and red. It has a hand dyed 100% linen backing in orange. I have made two (2) matching print cotton self-cover (metal backed) buttons, and used charcoal embroidery thread to detail the pillow shape. The pincushion is filled with polyfill.
Measuring 100mm diameter, the pincushion sits around 40mm high, plump and pretty ready for use, or as a decoration for your desk. This makes a unique gift for house-warming, christmas or birthday, or end of year teacher's present.
