TESSA Pony O Bow
The Tessa Pony O Bow is a grosgrain bow made from 5/8 grosgrain ribbon that is attached to a quality hair elastic. All ribbons are heat sealed. Available in stripes - black, purple, hot pink, pale pink, lime green, navy, light blue OR red.
