This delicate shawl or scarf has been made using the nuno felting process. It's soft and very lightweight. I have used a lovely piece of hand dyed cotton gauze fabric from RaesRags on etsy,it has been dyed in shades of teal blue green and is adorned with wool / silk fibers in purple, yellow, green and blue
The shawl is about 108 inches in length and about 23 inches wide - this varies a little because of the lovely random shape of the fabric along its length -due to the felting process.
