With winter tapping at our doors bringing sniffles and colds, you will find this winter chest rub a wonderful alternative to some of those petroleum based commercial products. This is 100% natural and vegan friendly. A small amount goes a long way.
Apply to the chest, back or soles of the feet to help with stuffy noses and congestion. For young children, I suggest a small amount put onto a handkerchief or cloth placed near their pillow, or a small dab on pj collars. It can also be added to hot water as an inhaltion.

Ingredients: olive oil, cocoa butter, natural starch, rosemary oleoresin, essential oils of eucalpytus, peppermint, cedar wood, tea tree and rosemary
Caution: Don't use Peppermint oil on skin if you have high blood pressure or if you're pregnant.
