This heat bag was made from soft flannelette, orange elephant cross-stitch embroidery designed and stitched by me.

It is filled with organic brown rice with a pinch of Australian lavender. It is fully lined for extra softeness and double stitched for a quality finish.

Use is as a heat pack this winter or as a cold pack for cold therapy of those everyday aches and pains!

It is very easy to use and heating instructions will be included with a pack. 

Pack measures: 24cm x 13cm.
