Soft hand dyed purple pure Australian wool-200 gram ball in 8 ply. Dash robin

This yarn has many tones of magenta and dark purples.

This layered colouring is achieved from both immersion dyeing and painting directly onto the yarn with individually mixed colours for unique and beautiful depth of colours.

The wool is a 200 gram ball with no joins.

(The most common store balls are usually sold in 50 gram lots- this is 4 x a 50 gram ball)

This one ball is more than enough for a hat, scarf, gloves, childrens' vest, babies outfit or a soaker or used with other 8 ply yarns for larger projects such as granny square blankets, adults clothing.

The yarn colour won't fade. As it is pure wool the yarn will require hand washing and is suitable for sun or shade drying. This yarn is also suitable for felting.
