The 'Candy' skirt is made from 100% cotton. It has elastic waistband and ruffle flower on the contrasting  trim.

 Please specify the size you require in checkout.  Sizes 1-4.

Registered Postage is available and recommended.   I have never lost a parcel but I cannot take responsibility  for lost goods sent via Regular Post.  Registered postage incurs an additional cost of $3.00
