This sturdy bookmark is approx. 21cm x 6cm and a few millimetres thick. There are no sharp edges or protruding embellishments which could damage your precious books.
It is made from 100% post-consumer waste recycled card, covered and decorated with various handmade papers. The flower shapes are printed onto the handmade paper and then hand-cut (not die cut), and adhered to the bookmark with low VOC content, eco-friendly adhesive. The tassel is made of various lengths of knitting wool and other fibre scraps.
Please note this item is made to order. There may be slight differences between the one you receive and the one pictured here, as no two pieces of handmade paper are exactly alike and I use whatever suitable fibres I have at the time. But please be assured that any difference will be small, and the overall design, colour and quality will be the same.
