This listing is for a Size 1 Ruffled Nappy Cover with Shirt and matching headband. The fabric is 100% cotton. The t-shirt is made by target however i have added a Holly Hobbie transfer. The headband is made with a light elastic lace band and yoyo. Whilst all care ihas been taken wit hthe headband we strongly reccomend full supervision whilst your baby is wearing this item. This is a OOAK, i have no more fabric to produce anymore.
