This lovely Elmo print ribbon is used here to make a bow for the little ones.

Attach the clip to the Headband (included) and pop it on

The headband does stretch so it can be worn by older children 

or just use the clip alone above a pony tail

or to the side holding a fringe out of eyes.

All ribbon ends are heat sealed to prevent fraying

Bow is both tied and glued to the clip
