This OOAK polymer clay mosaic measures 12” x 16” (30cm x 40cm) and is inspired by my love of nature and all its beauty. All the tiles have been handmade and decorated by me using polymer clay, assorted stamps and texture sheets and many have been dusted with mica powder to give the piece sparkle. It also features some dimensional tiles giving it extra depth and texture, a collaged photo of one of my favourite nature spots and two of my favourite nature quotes. The tiles have been glued to a textured and painted deep edge canvas and been given a layer of varnish for protection. It has hooks and cord for hanging and I've signed and dated the work on the back.
This beautiful mosaic with its assorted textures, stamped images and mica powder sparkle has so much for the eye to take in and absorb and would make a wonderful addition to any home.
