Being one of the most amazing creatures on this earth my breath is always taken away whenever you see an image of a whale. I have uncontrollable disgust towards the hunting of whales and am totally in awe of the people who put their lives at risk to save these beautiful animals. To pay tribute to this lovely mammal i have created this necklace. This Wooden Whale Necklace has been cut, sanded and hand painted by myself. It has been left unvarnished so as to keep the natural look and feel of the wood. It's a nice light weight so is very comfortable to wear. This is a perfect present or purchase for someone who loves these creatures as much as I do (and I can say this won't be my last whale necklace either!)
