This gorgeous set of mini Princess Puffs will look so cute on a little Hoot and Hootabelle fans piggy tails! Each mini puff measures 2 inches, and they are just adorable! They are available attached to alligator clips (standard) or I can also attach them to pony-os. Non slip grips are also available on request.
