This Wheat bag heat pack measures approx. 35cm x 20cm and contains 925 - 1000 grams of wheat.
Easy , effective and natural way to soothe those aches and pains.
Just place hot/cold pack on your ache or pain and get comfortable, relax and let the heat/cool work it's wonders. Suitable for people of all ages.
Dried flowers, herbs and essential oils have not been added to minimise fire danger and potential allergic reactions

Instructions
To HEAT wheat bag place inside your microwave for 1 - 2 mins on high. CAUTION! DO NOT OVERHEAT. HANDLE WITH CARE.
Hot uses: aches and pains, headaches, sore muscles, menstrual cramps and pain, labour pain, arthritic pain, or simply to keep warm on a cold night.
To COOL wheat bag place inside a plastic bag (ziplock is best) and place inside the freezer for 1 - 2 hours or needed. The longer the wheat bag is inside the freezer, the longer it will stay cold for.
Cold uses: strains, swelling, bumps, bruises, insect bites, and it will ease itching iwhen placed on rash eg. eczema, dermatitis, hives.
