The owl is appliqued using a gorgeous floral vintage Liberty fabric in shades of green and earthy tones. co-ordinating with the vintage green fabric of the leaves and contrasting nicely with the black and white polka dots and stripes of the branches. Two gorgeous large vintage buttons are perfect as the owl's eyes in a lovely pale blue shade.
The pinafore opens and close with two buttons covered in the same fabric as the branches and can be easily moved to adjust the length.
This is a timeless classic design with a modern edge, that can be worn and worn again.
Add different colours tees and leggings to add versatility and to wear all year round.
My appliques are fused to the fabric and then carefully machine sewn around the edges to allow for machine washing and a long lifespan.
This denim is soft and comfortable to wear and has a slight stretch for ease of dressing, very practical for young children!
