Be one with nature in this woodland inspired wool scarf

This unusual woven felted wool scarf has been made using Australian Merino Wool (no scratch!)and tussah silk in warm terracotta and earth green tones . Just right to liven up your wardrobe.

I have first dyed the wool and silk using professional quality dyes. The fibers have then been laid out into a web pattern, which has then been wet felted in the time honored way! With love and care.

This scarf may look delicate, but is very robust and can be worn in many different ways to add interest to your wardrobe.

I am an artist with many years experience in silk art and I know that durability is important when it comes to accessories.

Hand wash with a mild detergent, lay on a towel to dry then steam press on both sides on a warm steam setting to freshen. If embellished, the scarf should first be covered with a pressing cloth to protect. Store out of direct sunlight when not in use and this item should continue to enhance your wardrobe for years to come.
