BICYCLES OF FLORENCE - 12x8 inch print
I was walking home one night from another great day spent in Florence when I passed this lovely little alley with the bikes. Bicycles are such a part of the fabric of European life and I feel this photo really captures that. I love the wet cobblestones which really add to the atmosphere of the image. This photo is from my fine art photographic series, Vintage Tuscany, which all come from my visit to Florence in 2011 and have been crafted with scratches, textures and patterns to give them a vintage, ethereal feel.
