What little girl doesn't want to be a dancer, princess or fairy?

A pastel blue soft tulle skirt with flecks of gold soft tulle on an elastic band that will fit most little girls 12mths-2years. Embellished with a gold satin ribbon that is stitched on. The band is made out of 'non-roll' elastic and will stretch a little as your child grows.

Most skirts are 'one-of-a-kind' due to availability and type of tulle, however, I am happy to answer any questions.
