DELIVERY
Once payment has been received your item will be posted to you via Australia Post and an email notification will be sent to your supplied email address.

Extra care is taken when items are packed, so they should arrive to you in the same condition that they left the nest. If there is any damage in transit please contact Hooten&Co immediately so the problem can be solved.

Postage and handling prices are within Australia and will vary depending on quantity and size of the items. If you wish to have the item sent overseas please contact Hooten&Co so we can advise you of the extra postage cost.

RETURNS
Returns will be treated on a case to case basis. It should be noted that colours that appear on a computer screen will never be identicle to those printed on paper, but the difference will be quite minor.
