This heat bags was made from soft flannelette in 3 different prints.

It is filled with long grain rice and a pinch of Australian lavender can be added on request.

The cover is removable and washable:)  

Use is as a heat pack this winter or as a cold pack for cold therapy of those everyday aches and pains!

It is very easy to use and heating/chilling instructions will be included with a pack. 

Each pack measures: about 10cm x 10cm.
