This listing is for the pictured art smock to fit a Prep to grade 2 child, age 5-8 years.
Smocks are available in four sizes for these suggested approximate age groups:
Toddler: teeny tiny granny helper: $10 to suit toddler. Age 1-2 years. Body length from neck to hem 42cm, 16 1/2". Sleeve length from neck to wrist 40cm, 16".
Small: $12 to suit pre school child. Age 3-4 years. Body length from neck to hem 54cm, 21". Sleeve length from neck to wrist 47cm, 18 1/2".
Medium: $14 to suit prep to grade 2 child age 5-8 years. Body length from neck to hem 56cm, 22". Sleeve length from neck to wrist 56cm, 21". Sleeve length from neck to wrist 51cm, 20".
Large: $16 to suit child grade 3-6. Age 9-12 years. Body length from neck to hem is 66cm, 26". Sleeve length from neck to wrist 60cm, 23 1/2".
The front of each smock is made with rubber backed fabric, so wetness will not penetrate through onto clothes. An attractive picture is appliqued onto the front. The sleeves and back are made with light cotton fabric. Neck and sleeves are elasticised, so small children can put the smocks on and take them off easily. These smocks are great for school art sessions, cooking or any messy activity. They can be thrown in the washing machine.
