This pendant is made by De, with a handmade japanese paper on pearl shell.  On the pearl shell is painted a lacquer paint in many layers to provide a gloss like finish.  The pendant is 3.6cm across and 5cm in height in a rectangle shape.   The red cherry blossom with stripe design on black background make a dramatic statement.  The black flat leather is approximately 70cm in length and can be adjusted to make shorter by sliding the wooden ball. Hence it can be worn higher or over clothing depending on what you are wearing.
