Home made salts, flavoured with dried herbs and spices, ground by hand in a mortar and pestle. Most of the spices and herbs are home grown (using organic gardening techniques) where and when available. Each mix is approximately 3 heaped tablespoons.

Due to the nature of the grinding process, there are differences in texture through each mix, and from mix to mix. There may also be difference in flavour due to the blending processes.

Currently, the flavours I have are lemon salt (using dried lemon peel), garlic salt, chili salt, and combinations of them, as well as combining them with fresh cracked and ground black pepper.
Just add a note when you purchase them to what flavour you wish, and it will be done.
