A delicate, soft and light fabric necklace made from crochet flowers in silk chiffon and linen blend. Dusty pinks, rose smoke and creams create a beautiful color palette in this fiber jewelry to make a pretty accessory any time of year.

I have crocheted 5 different flowers from strips I made from cream silk chiffon and dusty pink and cream linen blend.. These strips have raw edges that are frayed and add textural interest.

There are 3 larger flowers in cream with pink centers and two small in soft pink. I have left the ends of the flower to hang loose to create interest and softness to the finish without overpowering the flowers. There are also ends through the center of each flower.

I have hand sewn the flowers to a crochet cord also made from the pink silk chiffon strips. I have left the cord open so it can be tied short or long, to suit the wearer and the outfit. At 43"(110cm) long, it can be worn close to the neck or lower on the chest. On the ends of the cord are soft strips to add interest at the tie. There are also several joins in the cord which create little 'bows"along the cord.

As this necklace is made from fabric, it is incredibly light and soft to touch next to the skin for easy day or night wear - high fashion or shabby chic. There are more color options in my necklace section.
