What is in it, you ask? Well, the ingredients are a secret known ONLY to Mrs Claus herself. But ... I have heard it whispered that one of these secret ingredients is thought to be the very rare seed of the Northern Sparkilus Berry - growing only in the North Pole and coming into seed only in early December, right before Christmas.
It is a closely guarded secret amongst North Polians that the Northern Sparkilus Berry seeds hold very strong magical powers ... that allow reindeer to fly!
White Mango's Personalised Packages from Santa have received a special delivery of Mrs Claus' Magic Reindeer Food to share with good boys and girls around the world ... so they can sprinkle it outside their home on Christmas Eve for the reindeer to nibble as Santa makes his stops.

TO ORDER
If you are ordering for more than one child we ask that you PLEASE order a multiple quantity in this way so Santa can ensure that each of your Packages is as unique as possible.
After you place your order we will send you an order form and an invoice.
Please allow 12 - 18 hours for this to come through.
You then complete the details on the order form and return it to us, make your payment and all will be underway!
ORDER & POSTING DEADLINES
Orders will be accepted up to the following dates:
- Within Australia - Monday December 3
- Outside of Australia - Sunday October 7
Mail outs will start on the following dates:
- Within Australia - Saturday December 1
- Outside of Australia - Friday October 12
Last date for mail outs will be:
- Within Australia - Friday December 14
- Outside of Australia - Monday October 15
PAYMENT
Santa will not allow his helpers to start on any Packages until cleared payment has been received by Santa's Central Finance Office.
To keep the production line moving smoothly cleared payment should be received within 2 days of purchase. Payment by PayPal is quick, easy and encouraged.
POSTAGE
White Mango’s Personalised Letters and Packages for Children of All Ages will be mailed to the person placing the order (in plain wrapping). We have given consideration to sending the parcel directly to the child but have decided against this because the Magical wrappings of Santa's Workshop may not stand up to the handling of Australia Post, and secondly we want YOU to enjoy the surprise as well by being sure that you are around when they receive their Package.
Personalised Letters from Santa for Adults will be mailed directly to the recipient, unless otherwise requested at time of order.
The quoted postage of White Mango’s Personalised Letters and Packages from Santa is for postage and handling within Australia (we prefer to use Express Post). For destinations outside of Australia please contact us for postage fees.
We regret that pickups are not possible.
Generally orders will be filled and mailed in the order in which they are received, however we will endeavour to send orders that need to travel the greatest distance before more local parcels.
Please understand that we will accept absolutely NO responsibility for Australia Post's timeliness or treatment of mail.
You should allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of your Personalised Package from Santa. Note again: Our FIRST mailout is December 1 (we can get organised for Christmas early but it really shouldn't start until December!)
We will send you an email the day that your order is mailed.
