Bholu is the work
of Australian designer Jodie Fried. Bholu's philosophy is to create beautiful
products, which are brought to life by the hands of traditional women
artisans of Gujarat, India. Bholu’s products are all made
from 100% wool felt with contemporary hand embroidered designs, including
cushions, throws and journals. Part proceeds go back to the women and
their communities. |

Biddulph produces contemporary ceramic design in sculpture and tableware.
The sculpture contains fibre optic cables and provides subtle ambient
lighting for contemporary interiors. Winning a Design Institute of Australia
award, work was exhibited in 'Design Excellence in Queensland' at the
QLD Art Gallery in 2006. QLD Premier’s Dept commissioned 21 porcelain
bowls in December 2006.

from different trips overseas she has been honing her craft in the world
