✨ A little business update ✨
As many of you know, life has been quite busy lately while I juggle my new job alongside, family life and all the handmade goodness here at Inspired by Isabella Rose.
At the moment, I am completely FULL for custom orders across the next cple of months so I’ve made the decision to put new custom orders on a 'temporary hold' while I take some time to give the orders already booked in the love and attention they deserve. 🥰
I will keep you all updated and announce any custom spots that may become available over the next few months. For the time being, my online stores will both be temporarily closed while I focus on catching up behind the scenes.

Each item is made to order unless listed that it's a "pre-made/ready to ship" and will have a commencement month listed at the top of each description. Please check this before placing an order.
Posting days are 'Monday & Friday'. Express Post is available.
All excess postage costs of $1 or more will be refunded.

Delivery Times: 3-6 weeks: depending on schedule.
SHIPPING - Shipping is calculated on the total cost of your order. If you would like your order to be shipped via Express Post you will need to choose the express post postage rate.

CUSTOM/PERSONALISED ITEMS:
Due to the nature of personalised items all sales are final. Please be confident in your selections, sizes, spelling and details before finalising your payment. Returns and refunds for change of mind will not be accepted.
RETURNS:
Contact must be made within 48 hours of receiving your item/s if there are any problems with your order. Written contact via email prior to return of any item/s is essential to receive a ‘Returns Authorisation Number’. All returned goods are to be sent back in good condition and in the original packaging. Exchanges or refunds will only be issued if the item is faulty and returned within 14 days of delivery.
*NB. The Buyer is responsible for the return postage of any item/s.
WRONG ADDRESS/LOST or STOLEN MAIL:
If a package is returned due to the wrong address provided or a non claimed delivery an additional postage fee will need to be paid to resend the parcel to you.
Items that are lost or stolen in the mail are non-refundable. If this was to happen please get in contact with me asap so we can lodge an investigation with Australia Post and they will assist in this case.
