Description
Standing 14.5cm tall this is a one of a kind handmade ceramic sculpture. Could be used as a candlestick. The original form was thrown on my potters wheel. I then let it dry to leatherhard and hand sculpted the face and top. It was then handpainted in black and yellow underglazes. I watered some of the black down as a 'wash' This piece is then fired, glazed (only the body, i leave the face matt) and fired again. The firing process takes 24 hours each time from shutting the kiln to opening it! Due to this piece being truly unique and one of a kind handmade it may contain tiny imperfections - perfectly imperfect.
