Once an order and payment has been made, we can chat via phone call, Messenger, Facetime or Zoom to discuss the details and specifics of your piece. I will also keep you up to date with the progress of the piece, including an ETA. During this time if any changes need to be made, we can also discuss this via any of the above mentioned platforms. Upon completion this will be mailed to you.
If you are located in Melbourne, specifically in the East or South Eastern suburbs, you will receive Free Shipping and Delivery. I will do the delivery myself and you can choose if you would like me to leave the package in your mailbox, or leave it on your doorstep. For Free Shipping and Delivery, please select "Signed Delivery" for postage, and it will show as "0" zero.
