BIRTH MARKS
Our handcrafted resin pieces bear the mark of authenticity. Hand-casting, sanding, and polishing lend each creation its character. All our resin work is done by hand, not machine. During the casting process there are often some birthmarks that appear when we demould. Birthmarks, such as small air bubbles or delightful surface quirks, are part of this unique charm and is not considered a fault.

We place significant emphasis on capturing our products in photographs that accurately depict them. Nonetheless, it's important to note that variations in screen resolutions can sometimes result in differences in colour representation.
PACKAGING & DELIVERY
This is a ready to ship item and will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Default shipping is Standard Parcel post with tracking (unless otherwise selected at the time of purchase). Items are carefully and securely packaged, and we use recycled packaging wherever possible. Tracking details will be provided at the time of shipping. This allows both parties to track the parcel and ensure it gets to you. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at the time of purchase.
