Matte onyx beads on a long silk necklace

This is a very elegant 73.5cm long necklace with matte flat marquise shape onyx beads threaded on a fire engine red silk with a Sterling Silver clasp. Each bead is about 37.4mm long by 24.3mm wide and about 6.2mm at their thickest in the middle. The very fine matte finish of the onyx gives a very attractive contrast to the red silk as well as shows the natural texture of the gemstone.

This is one of my most popular style and colour of necklaces and beads. This style is a great lighter alternative for those long chains that are in favor at the moment.

I am proud to make jewellery with recycled sterling silver manufactured right here in Sydney. All my gemstones come from legitimate suppliers based in Australia and are cut, re-polished or touched up in the studio.
