Welcome to Small Designs
Small Designs was created in 2010 and is based in Albury, Australia.
I have always loved sewing, finding it therapeutic. I first learnt to sew whilst at school, and later working in a local fabric
boutique. Over the years I would sew on and off making clothes for myself and items for around the house. When my
daughter was born I found that there were so many gorgeous things I could make for a little girl, so I started out making
clothing, toys and accessories for her. This then led to making gifts for nieces, nephews and friends. In 2010 I was
then introduced to madeit and from there Small Designs was created.
I enjoy designing and creating unique gifts that are handmade just for you. I like my creations to be original and
therefore I only create a limited number of items in the same fabric/design, for this reason I enjoy making custom made
and one off items.
