Hi there,
For the last few years I have been involved in projects in Ethiopia and China. I have visited Ethiopia twice now and love what they are doing to improve the lives of Families. So, I decided to start up my store on 'made it' not only to help me fund my Husband and my trips to Volunteer at these projects but also to help them with the finance they need to keep them going.
Half of the profit of each item in my store will be given to special projects. Projects like "The house of Love" in China, which is an ophanage for Children with disablities and "Grace Centre for Children and Families" in Ethiopia which help single Mums find employment and provides day care so these Mums can look after their children instead of giving them up for adoption.
I love to sew and create and I love what projects like these are doing so this is a great way to combined them both!
