About Me
I have 4 children and have been a stay at home Mum since my eldest was born. I have 3 daughters, 31, 29 and 27 and 1 son who is 23. I would have returned to work now that my children are now adults but my son requires 24 hour care as he has a significant intellectual disability. Whilst my life is full with the tasks involved in caring for Sam I have done many crafts over the years as a way of de-stressing and spending time with others.
My favourite all time hobby has been sewing. I used to make all my daughters clothes when they were young. It was fun to dress them in similar outfits that no one else had. Now I only make them dresses for special occasions. We have no grand children and it's not looking promising in that department. Many of my friends children recently had babies which has renewed my interest in sewing little things! Hence Wild Rose....
