I love to paint and draw "my girls". Also love to shop for second hand things & create little collections combining both of these joys.
My buisness name is Berlin Roses this is a name picked up after marrying my husband and having our daughter in Berlin.
For me Berlin Roses conjures up thoughts & ideas of the rose growing threw a crack in a wall, surviving and thriving in adverse conditions ,the endless possibilities imagination bubbles , clouds with silver lining...........
Threw "my girls" I express personal realism, combining quirky contemporary mythologies with intuitive symbolism. My core inspiration being Intuition, Life, Memories, Dreams, Reflections, and other impulses of the unconscious.
With each medium allowing for different level of expression , I find my primal fairy-tales unravel with a surreal sense of mystery.
