Hi and thank you for visiting my my MadeIt shop :) My name is Caroline and I am passionate about art and beauty derived from unexpected things. I like to share these with others in a unique way by capturing them in my jewellery.
Inspiration for my art pendants comes from all styles of art, mostly those that go unnoticed. I find this inspiration in nature, history, African culture, spirituality, street art, mystical and thought-provoking paintings.
My love of tiny things is also what inspired my series of hand-decorated glass bottle pendants and earrings.
My shop is evolving as my imagination broadens - it may just turn into something completely different in a month's time, who knows! All part of the fun!

Payment Policies
The preferred payment method is via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card, debit or echeck, just follow the steps through Checkout to the Paypal or Credit Card links to complete your purchase.
Payment at the time of the order is required. Once transaction is processed, I usually ship after 1-3 days as as most items are Made to Order.
Shipping Policies
All items will be sent through Australia Post using regular mail. Postage prices are displayed as per item listing. If you would like to upgrade the postage to be Registered/Insured/Tracked, please contact me for a quote so I can adjust the postage price accordingly.
International registered post is also available. Please contact me if you prefer a registered post to avoid a lost or damaged package.
Please be aware that all items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred.
Please allow sufficient time for deliveries. It normally takes:
Within Australia: 2-5 working days
US/ UK/ Europe: 5-20 working days
Singapore/ Hong Kong: 5-20 working days
All my items will arrived wrapped in a nice gift bag and protective bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery to your destination.
Refunds and exchanges
It matters to me that you are satisfied with your purchase and if upon arrival you have any concerns (faulty or damaged items) please contact me immediately (within 1 week) so I can work with you to resolve this.
